We had the chance to try some unusual wines or from places you may not associate with wine production in May. All were from budget supermarkets and squeezed under the £6.00 per bottle limit.
We travelled around Europe and headed off to further destinations in South America, South Africa and Australia.
Gill (one of our members) took us through a generous tasting experience and finished with a quiz to test our knowledge. The winner Lizzie does grow her own so maybe that gave her an edge?!
