Alma Fair - Sunday 24 July

For the first time, Clifton WI will have a presence at the 2016 Alma Fair. We'll have a stall selling home baking and produce of all kinds, and we'll be grateful for any contributions you can make - baking, jams and chutneys, plants and seedlings, surplus garden produce (tomatoes? courgettes? Always either a failure or a glut!) We would welcome volunteers to man the stall and the organisers, the Alma Tavern, are also looking for stewards (apparently you get a free drink in exchange for helping for an hour or two!) Nearer the time we'll arrange a delivery point for your contributions but meanwhile if you can help, either as a general steward for the Alma Tavern or behind the WI table, do please let us know now. New members in particular will find it's a great way to meet lots of others!
